Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item, you can return it for full refund (minus shipping) of purchase price within 7 days. You must return the items with shipping prepaid, in the same condition as when received. Item(s) must have tags and decals attached for return to be accepted.  

Items with decorations like imprinting, embroidery are not returnable, unless Golden Sun agrees in writing otherwise.

Please contact our RMA Dept. to acquire the RMA number before returning the products. RMA number needs to clearly mark on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA number will be refused.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and require return authorization.
NO RETURN ON IMPRINTED OR EMBROIDERED ITEMS. INSPECT ALL GOODS BEFORE DECORATING.

Note: PERSONAL SAFETY ITEMS (FACE MASKS, MASK FILTERS, FACE SHIELDS, DISPOSABLE GLOVES, HAND SANITIZERS, SANITIZING WIPES/SPRAYS, THERMOMETERS ) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE
